Introducing "Log" style, high-flow exhaust manifolds! Available with a T3 flange for use with the Garrett GT3071R, GT3076R, GT3082R, or GT35R turbocharger units, or with a T25 flange for GT28RS, GT2871R, GT3071R-WG (internally wastegated), or GT3076R-WG (internally wastegated) turbocharger units These manifolds are external wastegate flanged for Tial 38mm wastegates, but can also be used with a Tial 44mm wastegate using an adapter. Supports up to 600HP on a GT35R turbo. Manufactured using "heavy duty" construction to not break under aggressive street or race conditions. T3 flange is tapped for 10mm x 1.5 pitch threads. We recommend the use of 10mm studs and locknuts with this manifold.
T25 flange is tapped for 8mm x 1.25 pitch threads. We recommend the use of 8mm studs and locknuts with this manifold.
The exhaust manifold was manufactured to ensure some cross-compatability with various versions of Volvo's 2.3T, 2.4T, 2.5T, and T5 5-cylinder engines. During the design phase of the manifold, special consideration was made for space and fitment to work with various 5-cylinder engine versions, including ensuring the manifold will bolt up to cylinder head flange of 5-cylinder engine versions.
Therefore, this manifold will bolt to any model of the transversely mounted 5 cylinder turbo engine ranging from 2.3L to 2.5L. This means all models dating back to the 1994 850. Clearance during installation was only tested for the larger GT30 series on front wheel drive (FWD) models up to 2005 (S60/V70).
