DESCRIPTION
ViVA Performance is proud to offer Race Duty, Stainless Steel Intake Valve Upgrades. These valves are custom designed for a 100% direct replacement on nearly all 5-cylinder turbocharged Volvo Cylinder Heads. Stainless Steel Intake Valves are designed to withstand the high temperatures and conditions of highly modified performance turbocharged engines. Our stainless steel intake valves feature double chrome stems and hardened tips for superior performance, and are fully forged and machined for superior hardness and strength against heat. Our Stainless Steel Exhaust Valves are produced with extra attention to the swirl polishing, feature fully machined combustion faces of the head of the valve, and undercutting of the stem to head diameter for a superior balance between strength and maximum flow.
Our Stainless Steel Intake Valves are designed to replace genuine Volvo intake valve Part # 9454607 (6mm stem diameter). Because our replacement valves are brand new, the existing factory valve guides need to be slightly honed to fit the valve stems.
