AST Lowering Springs bring the center of gravity of your BMW 5 Series Touring F11 down without giving up the everyday comfort of the factory springs. A progressive spring rate keeps the ride compliant over normal roads while firming up under load, which reduces body roll in corners and nose dive under braking. Each spring is vehicle-specific and drops straight into the factory mounting points. AST springs are cold-coiled from premium spring steel on Wafios coiling machines in the Netherlands for consistent, accurate spring rates, and every set is backed by a lifetime warranty against breakage.

Fitment Notes:
- Not compatible with AWD/4WD vehicles.
- On vehicles with factory-lowered suspension, the listed drop is reduced by the amount of the factory lowering.
- The rear lowering is achieved with adjustable lowering links.
- Each 1mm of lowering link adjustment changes ride height by approx. 5mm.
- Minimum rear ride height is approx. 355mm (wheel center to wheel arch); lowering further will degrade ride quality.
- Lowering the ride height reduces the air volume in the suspension; excessive lowering may trigger system fault codes.
