DESCRIPTION
Increase airflow and performance by installing a Do88 Intercooler Piping Kit. TR-160 is designed to work with 2011+ Volvo 3.0L T6 Engines.
Do88 Intercooler Piping Kit for 3.0L T6 Engines offers increased airflow over the stock counterparts. This was verified by testing on a SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench as well as in-vehicle. The Do88 Intercooler Piping Kit comes with 70mm (2.75 inch), outer diameter mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipe all the way to eliminate all restrictions. The kit also uses custom made, high quality silicone hoses with 4 layers of polyester reinforcement. These hoses can handle very high temperature and boost pressures.
During testing, this kit has an air flow of 498 CFM at 0.1bar/1.45psi pressure drop, while the factory piping was only 436CFM. That is an increase of 14% additional flow.
