The intercooler kit uses thick cores, precise cast end tanks, and optimized carbon air guides with seals to ensure all air passes through the core. Hoses are CFD-tested, high-temperature rated (up to 240 °C / 464 °F), and designed for OEM or do88 Y-pipe configurations.

Testing with a Stage 1 tuned Porsche 996 shows a peak inlet air temperature reduction of 41 °C (105.8 F) compared to OEM units. Airflow is verified on the Superflow SF-1020 Probench with complete system hoses.
