EBC Redstuff Ceramic is EBC's premium fast-street pad for prestige and high-output cars, and on the Mazda Miata MX5 1.8 (Sports Suspension) it delivers a noticeable lift in stopping power with very little extra pedal effort.
The Redstuff compound enhances an organic base with ceramic granules and is fully copper-free, containing no lead, nickel, copper, or antimony sulfides. Being non-metallic with no steel fibre, it is gentle on the rotors of the Mazda Miata MX5 1.8 (Sports Suspension) and very low in dust.
Engineered to the Mazda Miata MX5 1.8 (Sports Suspension) Rear specification, this set drops straight into the factory caliper. Pads are shimmed, chamfered and slotted and finished with the Brake-In surface coating. Ships as a complete four-pad axle set.
On the Mazda Miata MX5 1.8 (Sports Suspension), Redstuff delivers its best as a refined fast-street pad. It is not built for sustained track heat, where EBC recommends Bluestuff or the RP-1/RP-X race pads.
