For the Acura ILX 1.5 Hybrid, EBC Redstuff Ceramic brings refined low-dust braking with strong, confident bite from the very first press of the pedal.
The Redstuff compound enhances an organic base with ceramic granules and is fully copper-free, containing no lead, nickel, copper, or antimony sulfides. Being non-metallic with no steel fibre, it is gentle on the rotors of the Acura ILX 1.5 Hybrid and very low in dust.
This Front set is cut to the OE caliper and rotor geometry for the Acura ILX 1.5 Hybrid, ensuring correct pad shape and even wear. Pads arrive fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted with EBC's Brake-In surface coating for fast bed-in. Sold as a complete four-pad axle set.
On the Acura ILX 1.5 Hybrid, Redstuff delivers its best as a refined fast-street pad. It is not built for sustained track heat, where EBC recommends Bluestuff or the RP-1/RP-X race pads.
