Description

The Injen RD3025BLK RD Series cold air intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the Audi TT. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 14 horsepower and 13 lb-ft of torque. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.

Built with the enthusiast in mind, the RD Series replaces the factory intake on the Audi TT with mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tubing routed to pull cooler air from low in the engine bay, all while keeping air/fuel ratios in a safe range.

Every kit includes an Injen SuperNano-Web dry filter. The synthetic nano-fiber media traps fine dust without oil and flows a large volume of air, making it well suited to daily driving in the Audi TT. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1012-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1033BLK or 1033RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.

A durable black powder-coated finish gives the engine bay a clean, understated look. The system provides a deeper, more aggressive intake tone under full throttle and installs with basic hand tools. CARB Legal: This Injen intake is exempt under California Air Resources Board Executive Order D-476-4, covering 1999-2006 model years, and is legal for use on emissions-controlled vehicles in all 50 states within that coverage.
