Description

The Injen RD2046BLK RD Series cold air intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the Toyota Celica GT-S. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 16 horsepower and 16 lb-ft of torque. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.

The RD Series is Injen's race-derived cold air intake. On the Toyota Celica GT-S, a mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tube reaches down into the engine bay to collect cooler, denser air, providing a smooth path that supports stronger bolt-on power.

Every kit includes an Injen SuperNano-Web dry filter. The synthetic nano-fiber media traps fine dust without oil and flows a large volume of air, making it well suited to daily driving in the Toyota Celica GT-S. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1013-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1033BLK or 1033RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.

A durable black powder-coated finish gives the engine bay a clean, understated look. The system provides a deeper, more aggressive intake tone under full throttle and installs with basic hand tools.
