Upgrade the factory air intake on your Subaru Impreza with the Injen RD1200WR RD Series cold air intake. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 24.4 horsepower and 24.4 lb-ft of torque. This direct-fit system is engineered to improve airflow, sharpen throttle response and add an aggressive induction sound without additional tuning.
Injen's RD Series cold air intakes relocate the filter away from engine heat. The mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tubing designed for the Subaru Impreza extends toward the fender area, where intake air is cooler and denser than under the hood.
A fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry filter protects the engine in your Subaru Impreza. The synthetic media offers excellent filtration efficiency and can be cleaned and reused, with no filter oil to manage. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1013-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1033BLK or 1033RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.
The textured wrinkle red powder-coat finish adds a bold splash of color under the hood. The system provides a deeper, more aggressive intake tone under full throttle and installs with basic hand tools.
