Description

The Injen RD1992BLK RD Series cold air intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the Infiniti G35 Sedan. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 9 horsepower and 9 lb-ft of torque. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.

The RD Series is Injen's race-derived cold air intake. On the Infiniti G35 Sedan, a mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tube reaches down into the engine bay to collect cooler, denser air, providing a smooth path that supports stronger bolt-on power.

A fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry filter protects the engine in your Infiniti G35 Sedan. The synthetic media offers excellent filtration efficiency and can be cleaned and reused, with no filter oil to manage. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1015-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1034BLK or 1034RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.

A durable black powder-coated finish gives the engine bay a clean, understated look. The system provides a deeper, more aggressive intake tone under full throttle and installs with basic hand tools.
