Injen SP1432BLK SP Series Black Cold Air Intake, Acura TSX 2.4L 2009-2014

Description

The Injen SP1432BLK SP Series cold air intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the Acura TSX. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 14 horsepower and 12 lb-ft of torque. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.

The SP Series is Injen's flagship line of tuned aluminum air intakes. Each system is built around 6061-T6 aluminum tubing sized and shaped for the Acura TSX, giving intake air a smooth, uninterrupted path to the throttle body while the tuned design holds a safe air/fuel ratio across the rev range. This kit incorporates Injen's patented MegaRam (MR) Technology and Air Fusion to help maintain safe air/fuel ratios while maximizing gains.

Filtration is handled by Injen's SuperNano-Web dry air filter, a synthetic, fully serviceable element that captures fine particles while providing a large surface area for airflow. No oiling is required, which keeps sensors on the Acura TSX clean. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1014-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1033BLK or 1033RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.

A durable black powder-coated finish gives the engine bay a clean, understated look. Expect a noticeably more aggressive intake sound when you get on the throttle. Installation is straightforward on the Acura TSX, and every system is backed by the Injen Technology Limited Lifetime Warranty.

CARB Legal: This Injen intake is exempt under California Air Resources Board Executive Order D-476-8, covering 2009-2012 model years, and is legal for use on emissions-controlled vehicles in all 50 states within that coverage. CARB E.O. 2009-2012 ONLY.
