Description

The Injen SP5021P SP Series short ram intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the Fiat 500. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 8 horsepower and 8.9 lb-ft of torque. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.

Injen developed the SP Series as its premium aluminum intake program, and this kit for the Fiat 500 follows that formula: precision-bent 6061-T6 tubing, a vehicle-specific routing, and a tuned layout engineered to keep the air/fuel ratio in a safe window from idle to redline. This kit incorporates Injen's patented MegaRam (MR) Technology to help maintain safe air/fuel ratios while maximizing gains.

Filtration is handled by Injen's SuperNano-Web dry air filter, a synthetic, fully serviceable element that captures fine particles while providing a large surface area for airflow. No oiling is required, which keeps sensors on the Fiat 500 clean. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1078-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1120BLK) is available for added protection from water and debris.
