Description
Upgrade the factory air intake on your Honda Civic with the Injen SP1571BLK SP Series cold air intake. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 6 horsepower and 4 lb-ft of torque. This direct-fit system is engineered to improve airflow, sharpen throttle response and add an aggressive induction sound without additional tuning.
Injen developed the SP Series as its premium aluminum intake program, and this kit for the Honda Civic follows that formula: precision-bent 6061-T6 tubing, a vehicle-specific routing, and a tuned layout engineered to keep the air/fuel ratio in a safe window from idle to redline. This kit incorporates Injen's patented MegaRam (MR) Technology and Air Fusion to help maintain safe air/fuel ratios while maximizing gains.
Every kit includes an Injen SuperNano-Web dry filter. The synthetic nano-fiber media traps fine dust without oil and flows a large volume of air, making it well suited to daily driving in the Honda Civic. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1017-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1035BLK or 1035RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.
A durable black powder-coated finish gives the engine bay a clean, understated look. Beyond the performance gains, the intake adds a satisfying induction sound and a clean under-hood appearance. Injen stands behind the quality of its parts with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.
CARB Legal: This Injen intake is exempt under California Air Resources Board Executive Order D-476-8, covering 2012-2013 model years, and is legal for use on emissions-controlled vehicles in all 50 states within that coverage. CARB E.O. 2012-2013 Models Only.
