Description

The Injen IS1340P IS Series short ram intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the Hyundai Accent and Hyundai Veloster. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 7 horsepower and 5 lb-ft of torque. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.

Injen's IS Series short ram design keeps the intake tract short and direct. For the Hyundai Accent and Hyundai Veloster, the system uses mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tubing that flows smoothly and reduces turbulence, delivering a quick bolt-on upgrade with no additional tuning.

A fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry filter protects the engine in your Hyundai Accent and Hyundai Veloster. The synthetic media offers excellent filtration efficiency and can be cleaned and reused, with no filter oil to manage. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1010-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1035BLK or 1035RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.
