Description

The Injen SP1686P SP Series cold air intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the Honda Accord. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 8 horsepower and 7 lb-ft of torque. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.

At the heart of every SP Series intake is Injen's tuned-intake engineering. The 6061-T6 aluminum tube used on the Honda Accord is designed to reduce restriction and turbulence, and Injen validates each design on the dyno so power increases arrive without compromising air/fuel ratios. This kit incorporates Injen's patented MegaRam (MR) Technology and Air Fusion to help maintain safe air/fuel ratios while maximizing gains.

A fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry filter protects the engine in your Honda Accord. The synthetic media offers excellent filtration efficiency and can be cleaned and reused, with no filter oil to manage. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1021-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1037BLK or 1037RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.
