Injen SP1392BLK SP Series Black Short Ram Intake, Hyundai Genesis 3.8L V6 2013-2016

Description

Upgrade the factory air intake on your Hyundai Genesis with the Injen SP1392BLK SP Series short ram intake. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 9 horsepower and 12 lb-ft of torque. This direct-fit system is engineered to improve airflow, sharpen throttle response and add an aggressive induction sound without additional tuning.

The SP Series is Injen's flagship line of tuned aluminum air intakes. Each system is built around 6061-T6 aluminum tubing sized and shaped for the Hyundai Genesis, giving intake air a smooth, uninterrupted path to the throttle body while the tuned design holds a safe air/fuel ratio across the rev range.

Filtration is handled by Injen's SuperNano-Web dry air filter, a synthetic, fully serviceable element that captures fine particles while providing a large surface area for airflow. No oiling is required, which keeps sensors on the Hyundai Genesis clean. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1018-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1034BLK or 1034RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.

A durable black powder-coated finish gives the engine bay a clean, understated look. Expect a noticeably more aggressive intake sound when you get on the throttle. Installation is straightforward on the Hyundai Genesis, and every system is backed by the Injen Technology Limited Lifetime Warranty.

CARB Legal: This Injen intake is exempt under California Air Resources Board Executive Order D-476-8, covering 2013 model years, and is legal for use on emissions-controlled vehicles in all 50 states within that coverage.
