Description

The Injen SP1911BLK SP Series short ram intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the Infiniti FX35. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 16 horsepower and 15 lb-ft of torque. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.

At the heart of every SP Series intake is Injen's tuned-intake engineering. The 6061-T6 aluminum tube used on the Infiniti FX35 is designed to reduce restriction and turbulence, and Injen validates each design on the dyno so power increases arrive without compromising air/fuel ratios. This kit incorporates Injen's patented MegaRam (MR) Technology and Air Fusion to help maintain safe air/fuel ratios while maximizing gains.

Every kit includes an Injen SuperNano-Web dry filter. The synthetic nano-fiber media traps fine dust without oil and flows a large volume of air, making it well suited to daily driving in the Infiniti FX35. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1017-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1035BLK or 1035RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.

A durable black powder-coated finish gives the engine bay a clean, understated look. Beyond the performance gains, the intake adds a satisfying induction sound and a clean under-hood appearance.
