Description
The Injen EVO9205 Evolution cold air intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the Ford Mustang. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 23 horsepower and 21 lb-ft of torque. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.
Engineered for the Ford Mustang, the Evolution system replaces the factory airbox with a durable roto-molded XLPE housing and a dyno-tuned intake tube. The enclosed box keeps heat out while providing room for one of the largest filters in its class.
A fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry filter protects the engine in your Ford Mustang. The synthetic media offers excellent filtration efficiency and can be cleaned and reused, with no filter oil to manage. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1107-BB.
The system provides a deeper, more aggressive intake tone under full throttle and installs with basic hand tools. Injen designs and manufactures its intakes in Pomona, California, and backs them with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
