Description

The Injen SP2080BLK SP Series cold air intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the Toyota Corolla. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 7 horsepower and 7 lb-ft of torque. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.

At the heart of every SP Series intake is Injen's tuned-intake engineering. The 6061-T6 aluminum tube used on the Toyota Corolla is designed to reduce restriction and turbulence, and Injen validates each design on the dyno so power increases arrive without compromising air/fuel ratios. This kit incorporates Injen's patented MegaRam (MR) Technology and Air Fusion to help maintain safe air/fuel ratios while maximizing gains.

Filtration is handled by Injen's SuperNano-Web dry air filter, a synthetic, fully serviceable element that captures fine particles while providing a large surface area for airflow. No oiling is required, which keeps sensors on the Toyota Corolla clean. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1014-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1033BLK or 1033RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.

A durable black powder-coated finish gives the engine bay a clean, understated look. The system provides a deeper, more aggressive intake tone under full throttle and installs with basic hand tools.
