Description
The Injen EVO2300 Evolution cold air intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the BMW Z4 and Toyota Supra. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 18 horsepower and 26 lb-ft of torque. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.
The Evolution Series is Injen's roto-molded air induction system. For the BMW Z4 and Toyota Supra, the housing and intake tube are made from cross-linked, high-density polyethylene (XLPE), which resists heat and impact, and the enclosed design isolates the filter from hot under-hood air.
Filtration is handled by Injen's SuperNano-Web dry air filter, a synthetic, fully serviceable element that captures fine particles while providing a large surface area for airflow. No oiling is required, which keeps sensors on the BMW Z4 and Toyota Supra clean. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1093-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1118BLK) is available for added protection from water and debris.
The system provides a deeper, more aggressive intake tone under full throttle and installs with basic hand tools. Injen designs and manufactures its intakes in Pomona, California, and backs them with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
