Upgrade the factory air intake on your Volkswagen GTI with the Injen SP3000WB SP Series short ram intake. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 12 horsepower and 22 lb-ft of torque. This direct-fit system is engineered to improve airflow, sharpen throttle response and add an aggressive induction sound without additional tuning.

At the heart of every SP Series intake is Injen's tuned-intake engineering. The 6061-T6 aluminum tube used on the Volkswagen GTI is designed to reduce restriction and turbulence, and Injen validates each design on the dyno so power increases arrive without compromising air/fuel ratios.

Filtration is handled by Injen's SuperNano-Web dry air filter, a synthetic, fully serviceable element that captures fine particles while providing a large surface area for airflow. No oiling is required, which keeps sensors on the Volkswagen GTI clean. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1079-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1121BLK) is available for added protection from water and debris.

The textured wrinkle black powder-coat finish resists heat and blends into the engine bay. The system provides a deeper, more aggressive intake tone under full throttle and installs with basic hand tools.
