Description

Turbo vehicles utilize an intercooler to reduce charge air temperatures. This translates to better performance. If you are trying to get the most out of your vehicle, an upgraded intercooler is what you need. This intercooler is developed to give the best performance with minimal modification. The end-tanks on this intercooler are designed with CAD software with the aim to create the best possible end-tank that distributes the airflow over the entire core to maximize cooling while minimizing pressure drop. The core measures in at 50mm and contains all brackets and mounting hardware needed for an effortless install.

• Do88 intercooler core volume: 12,302 CM^3
• 70% larger core Volume over OEM 
• All Aluminum Construction
• Contains factory mounting points and any hardware needed to install

Intercooler Lower Hose Connection Option:

The do88 intercooler features a 2.5” (63mm) lower intercooler hose connection. We have two options of the silicone hose that connects between the intercooler and the intercooler piping:

• Original Volvo: Silicone hose is included to be used with original Volvo OEM intercooler piping
• do88 63mm: Silicone hose is included to be used with do88 2.5" (63mm) intercooler pipe kit
