EXCEPT ZR1. The BORLA® Performance Industries Cat-Back™ system for the iconic 1986–1991 C4 Corvette with a 5.7L V-8 engine is engineered to work with both manual and automatic transmissions. Crafted from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel, this system is an easy bolt-on and a direct replacement for the much heavier stock exhaust—saving roughly 20 lbs.

A 3" diameter front pipe connects just after the catalytic converter to a Y-pipe, splitting into two 2.5" pipes that exit on each side of the rear. Each muffler assembly features a 10" x 5" round muffler, paired with 6.69" x 3" polished T-304 stainless steel rectangular, rolled-edge, angle-cut tailpipe tips at each split rear exit.
