Genuine Volvo Angle Gear / Collar Sleeve Rebuild Kit, S70/V70 AWD, 98-00

Description

We have developed our very own Angle Gear / Collar Sleeve Rebuild Kit using genuine Volvo parts for the all-wheel drive (AWD) Volvo's using the Aisin Warner AW42 4-speed automatic transmission.

This kit combines two service kits into one, an Angle Gear Collar Sleeve Service Kit and Angle Gear Reseal Kit.

Angle Gear Collar Sleeve Kit Contents:

1. Collar Gear Sleeve (new PN 31256008, old PN 9181408)
2. Snap Ring (pre-installed in sleeve)
3. Spline joint grease (10mL tube)
4. Drive shaft seal 43mm diameter)
5. NOT INCLUDED IN THIS KIT: Sealing Ring (75mm diameter)
6. Sealing Ring (65mm diameter)

**NOTE: Please note that #5 is discontinued from Volvo and is NOT INCLUDED in our kit. You can order a replacement seal from National under Part Number 710740.

Angle Gear Reseal Kit Contents:

1. Drive Line Seal, OD 45mm
2. Drive Shaft Seal, OD 38mm
3. O-Ring
4. Seal Ring, OD 65mm

NOTE! Due to shipping restrictions, we do not include a chemical gasket (part number 1161771) which is required to reseal the two halves of the angle/bevel gear together. We recommend you pick this up at your local Volvo dealer.
