60255573 is an H&R Trak+ 30mm DRA Wheel Adaptor, bolt pattern 5x100 to 5x112, center bore 57.1mm (hub) / 66.5mm (wheel), thread 14x1.5mm.

H&R Trak+ DRA Wheel Adaptors let you fit a wheel with a different bolt pattern than your vehicle’s factory hub. The DRA series uses a lug-bolt mount on both sides: the hub-facing side bolts to your vehicle through the original holes, and the wheel-facing side has a different bolt pattern drilled to accept your new wheels with their lug bolts. This opens up wheel fitment across brands and platforms that wouldn’t otherwise bolt onto your car.
