Give your Mazda Protege Mazdaspeed more usable power with the Injen RD6066P RD Series cold air intake. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 14 horsepower and 14 lb-ft of torque. Designed as a bolt-on replacement for the factory intake, it delivers better airflow and throttle response with no additional tuning required.

The RD Series is Injen's race-derived cold air intake. On the Mazda Protege Mazdaspeed, a mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tube reaches down into the engine bay to collect cooler, denser air, providing a smooth path that supports stronger bolt-on power.

A fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry filter protects the engine in your Mazda Protege Mazdaspeed. The synthetic media offers excellent filtration efficiency and can be cleaned and reused, with no filter oil to manage. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1013-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1033BLK or 1033RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.

The polished aluminum finish adds a bright, show-quality look to the engine bay. The system provides a deeper, more aggressive intake tone under full throttle and installs with basic hand tools.
