Upgrade the factory air intake on your Nissan Altima with the Injen SP1978P SP Series cold air intake. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 15.6 horsepower and 19.4 lb-ft of torque. This direct-fit system is engineered to improve airflow, sharpen throttle response and add an aggressive induction sound without additional tuning.

Injen developed the SP Series as its premium aluminum intake program, and this kit for the Nissan Altima follows that formula: precision-bent 6061-T6 tubing, a vehicle-specific routing, and a tuned layout engineered to keep the air/fuel ratio in a safe window from idle to redline. The system can also be configured as a short ram intake. This kit incorporates Injen's patented MegaRam (MR) Technology to help maintain safe air/fuel ratios while maximizing gains.

Every kit includes an Injen SuperNano-Web dry filter. The synthetic nano-fiber media traps fine dust without oil and flows a large volume of air, making it well suited to daily driving in the Nissan Altima. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1021-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1037BLK or 1037RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.

The polished aluminum finish adds a bright, show-quality look to the engine bay. The system provides a deeper, more aggressive intake tone under full throttle and installs with basic hand tools.
