Description

Upgrade the factory air intake on your Scion tC with the Injen SP2114P SP Series cold air intake. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 10.1 horsepower and 9.8 lb-ft of torque. This direct-fit system is engineered to improve airflow, sharpen throttle response and add an aggressive induction sound without additional tuning.

At the heart of every SP Series intake is Injen's tuned-intake engineering. The 6061-T6 aluminum tube used on the Scion tC is designed to reduce restriction and turbulence, and Injen validates each design on the dyno so power increases arrive without compromising air/fuel ratios. The system can also be configured as a short ram intake. This kit incorporates Injen's patented MegaRam (MR) Technology to help maintain safe air/fuel ratios while maximizing gains.

Filtration is handled by Injen's SuperNano-Web dry air filter, a synthetic, fully serviceable element that captures fine particles while providing a large surface area for airflow. No oiling is required, which keeps sensors on the Scion tC clean. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1017-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1035BLK or 1035RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.

The polished aluminum finish adds a bright, show-quality look to the engine bay. Expect a noticeably more aggressive intake sound when you get on the throttle. Installation is straightforward on the Scion tC, and every system is backed by the Injen Technology Limited Lifetime Warranty.
