Give your Ford Flex more usable power with the Injen PF9065WB Power-Flow short ram intake. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 15 horsepower and 12 lb-ft of torque. Designed as a bolt-on replacement for the factory intake, it delivers better airflow and throttle response with no additional tuning required.

The Power-Flow series focuses on moving a large volume of air with minimal restriction. On the Ford Flex, oversized 6061-T6 aluminum tubing and a purpose-built filter placement work together to lower intake air temperatures and deliver a direct-fit, bolt-on installation. This kit incorporates Injen's patented MegaRam (MR) Technology to help maintain safe air/fuel ratios while maximizing gains.

Filtration is handled by Injen's SuperNano-Web dry air filter, a synthetic, fully serviceable element that captures fine particles while providing a large surface area for airflow. No oiling is required, which keeps sensors on the Ford Flex clean. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1015-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1034BLK or 1034RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.

The textured wrinkle black powder-coat finish resists heat and blends into the engine bay. The system provides a deeper, more aggressive intake tone under full throttle and installs with basic hand tools.
