Give your Ford F-150 and Ford Expedition more usable power with the Injen EVO9104 Evolution cold air intake. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 19 horsepower and 21 lb-ft of torque. Designed as a bolt-on replacement for the factory intake, it delivers better airflow and throttle response with no additional tuning required.

Engineered for the Ford F-150 and Ford Expedition, the Evolution system replaces the factory airbox with a durable roto-molded XLPE housing and a dyno-tuned intake tube. The enclosed box keeps heat out while providing room for one of the largest filters in its class.

Every kit includes an Injen SuperNano-Web dry filter. The synthetic nano-fiber media traps fine dust without oil and flows a large volume of air, making it well suited to daily driving in the Ford F-150 and Ford Expedition. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1116-BB.

Expect a noticeably more aggressive intake sound when you get on the throttle. Installation is straightforward on the Ford F-150 and Ford Expedition, and every system is backed by the Injen Technology Limited Lifetime Warranty.
