Upgrade the factory air intake on your Ford F-150 and Ford Expedition with the Injen EVO9104C Evolution cold air intake. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 19 horsepower and 21 lb-ft of torque. This direct-fit system is engineered to improve airflow, sharpen throttle response and add an aggressive induction sound without additional tuning.

Engineered for the Ford F-150 and Ford Expedition, the Evolution system replaces the factory airbox with a durable roto-molded XLPE housing and a dyno-tuned intake tube. The enclosed box keeps heat out while providing room for one of the largest filters in its class.

This version is supplied with an 8-layer oiled cotton gauze air filter, a proven high-flow design that captures dirt in its oiled layers while maintaining strong airflow for the Ford F-150 and Ford Expedition. The filter is washable and reusable. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1116-BR.

Expect a noticeably more aggressive intake sound when you get on the throttle. Installation is straightforward on the Ford F-150 and Ford Expedition, and every system is backed by the Injen Technology Limited Lifetime Warranty.
