Description
The Injen EVO7104C Evolution cold air intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the Cadillac Escalade and related models. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 13 horsepower and 14 lb-ft of torque. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.
Engineered for the Cadillac Escalade and related models, the Evolution system replaces the factory airbox with a durable roto-molded XLPE housing and a dyno-tuned intake tube. The enclosed box keeps heat out while providing room for one of the largest filters in its class.
The EVO7104C uses an 8-layer oiled cotton gauze filter for high airflow and dependable filtration on the Cadillac Escalade and related models. It can be cleaned and re-oiled for a long service life. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1107-BR. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1119BLK) is available for added protection from water and debris.
Expect a noticeably more aggressive intake sound when you get on the throttle. Installation is straightforward on the Cadillac Escalade and related models, and every system is backed by the Injen Technology Limited Lifetime Warranty.
