Description
The Injen EVO7104 Evolution cold air intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the Cadillac Escalade and related models. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 13 horsepower and 14 lb-ft of torque. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.
Engineered for the Cadillac Escalade and related models, the Evolution system replaces the factory airbox with a durable roto-molded XLPE housing and a dyno-tuned intake tube. The enclosed box keeps heat out while providing room for one of the largest filters in its class.
Filtration is handled by Injen's SuperNano-Web dry air filter, a synthetic, fully serviceable element that captures fine particles while providing a large surface area for airflow. No oiling is required, which keeps sensors on the Cadillac Escalade and related models clean. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1107-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1119BLK) is available for added protection from water and debris.
Expect a noticeably more aggressive intake sound when you get on the throttle. Installation is straightforward on the Cadillac Escalade and related models, and every system is backed by the Injen Technology Limited Lifetime Warranty.
