Description

The Injen RD1670P RD Series cold air intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the Honda Accord. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.

Built with the enthusiast in mind, the RD Series replaces the factory intake on the Honda Accord with mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tubing routed to pull cooler air from low in the engine bay, all while keeping air/fuel ratios in a safe range. The system can also be configured as a short ram intake.

Every kit includes an Injen SuperNano-Web dry filter. The synthetic nano-fiber media traps fine dust without oil and flows a large volume of air, making it well suited to daily driving in the Honda Accord. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1013-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1033BLK or 1033RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.
