Description

The Injen RD1660P RD Series cold air intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the Acura TL and related models. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 11 horsepower and 10 lb-ft of torque. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.

Built with the enthusiast in mind, the RD Series replaces the factory intake on the Acura TL and related models with mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tubing routed to pull cooler air from low in the engine bay, all while keeping air/fuel ratios in a safe range.

A fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry filter protects the engine in your Acura TL and related models. The synthetic media offers excellent filtration efficiency and can be cleaned and reused, with no filter oil to manage. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1014-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1033BLK or 1033RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.

The polished aluminum finish adds a bright, show-quality look to the engine bay. Expect a noticeably more aggressive intake sound when you get on the throttle.
