Description

Upgrade the factory air intake on your Acura CL and Acura TL with the Injen RD1481P RD Series cold air intake. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 10 horsepower and 8 lb-ft of torque. This direct-fit system is engineered to improve airflow, sharpen throttle response and add an aggressive induction sound without additional tuning.

Injen's RD Series cold air intakes relocate the filter away from engine heat. The mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tubing designed for the Acura CL and Acura TL extends toward the fender area, where intake air is cooler and denser than under the hood.

Filtration is handled by Injen's SuperNano-Web dry air filter, a synthetic, fully serviceable element that captures fine particles while providing a large surface area for airflow. No oiling is required, which keeps sensors on the Acura CL and Acura TL clean. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1014-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1033BLK or 1033RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.
