Increase the airflow and performance of your Volvo S60/V60, XC60, S80 and XC70 T5/T6 by installing a KCDesign Intercooler Piping Upgrade Kit.

The KCDesign Intercooler Piping Upgrade Kit is designed to improve throttle response and eliminate restriction to/from the intercooler. This kit features larger diameter aluminum piping and 3-ply reinforced silicone couplers for ease of installation, durability and longevity.  The aluminum and heavy duty silicone piping will far outlast the factory plastic piping on the turbo outlet side, which is prone to cracking that creates boost leaks and loss of performance. The piping is designed to support both OEM (factory) and upgraded intercoolers.
