Increase the airflow and performance of your Volvo S60/V60, XC60/XC90, S90/V90 T8 by installing a KCDesign Intercooler Piping Upgrade Kit.

The KCDesign Intercooler Piping Upgrade Kit is designed to improve throttle response and eliminate restriction to/from the intercooler. This kit features larger diameter aluminum piping and multi-ply reinforced silicone couplers for ease of installation, durability and longevity.  The aluminum and heavy duty silicone piping will far outlast the factory plastic piping on the turbo outlet side, which is prone to cracking that creates boost leaks and loss of performance. The piping is designed to support both OEM (factory) and upgraded intercoolers.
