Description

The Injen SP1476P SP Series short ram intake is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the Acura RSX and Honda Civic. Injen dyno testing shows gains of up to 12 horsepower and 9 lb-ft of torque. It replaces the restrictive factory intake with a less restrictive design that improves throttle response and works with the stock engine calibration.

The SP Series is Injen's flagship line of tuned aluminum air intakes. Each system is built around 6061-T6 aluminum tubing sized and shaped for the Acura RSX and Honda Civic, giving intake air a smooth, uninterrupted path to the throttle body while the tuned design holds a safe air/fuel ratio across the rev range.

Filtration is handled by Injen's SuperNano-Web dry air filter, a synthetic, fully serviceable element that captures fine particles while providing a large surface area for airflow. No oiling is required, which keeps sensors on the Acura RSX and Honda Civic clean. When service is due, order Injen replacement filter part number X-1015-BB. An optional Injen Hydroshield pre-filter (1033BLK or 1033RED) is available for added protection from water and debris.
