Chassis: make the XC90 feel smaller
The XC90 is comfortable and composed from the factory, but its size and weight become noticeable when the road gets more demanding. Chassis upgrades can sharpen turn-in, reduce body movement, and give the SUV a more controlled feel without sacrificing everyday usability.

Other Chassis Upgrades
Check before ordering: H7620901 Will NOT work with air suspension. R-Design / Dynamic suspension lowers only ~8-10mm vs ~30mm standard. Start with the rear of the chassis when appropriate. Increasing rear roll stiffness can improve rotation and reduce the XC90's tendency toward understeer. Always confirm compatibility with standard or air suspension.
Braking: confidence for a heavy SUV
At more than two tons, the XC90 asks a lot from its braking system. Fresh pads, rotors, and upgraded components can restore braking performance and improve confidence during repeated stops, towing, or spirited driving.
