Ordering your parts doesn't get any easier than at ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC. Our convenient online shopping cart is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Place an order any time you want, day or night.

Payment forms we accept include: Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Certified Cashier's Check (drawn from a US Bank).
All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

Credit Card Payment Information:

We accept VISA/Mastercard/AMEX Credit Cards.
ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC will verify your address using the Address Verification System (AVS).
Orders within the United States and Canada with a different "Ship To" and "Bill To" address will be processed upon written approval from the customer.
International orders with a different "Ship To" and "Bill To" address will NOT be processed.
International orders may be requested to fax a copy of the front and rear of the credit card used for purchase.
To reduce the risk of fraud for all our customers, we will collect the CVV2 number on the back of your credit card.
On a Visa or MasterCard, please turn your card over and look in the signature strip. You will find (either the entire 16-digit string of your card number, OR just the last 4 digits), followed by a space, followed by a 3-digit number. That 3-digit number is your CVV2 number. (See below)

On American Express Cards, the CVV2 number is a 4-digit number that appears above the end of your card number. (See below)
Any order that does not satisfy our fraud risk comfort will be cancelled.

Stock Outs:

In the unfortunate event of a product stock out, ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC will inform the Customer via email about the approximate date of shipment of the order.
Unless otherwise requested, ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC ships items as they are available; therefore you may receive more than one package if you purchase several items.
Items that will ship separately:
- Items that have different shipping methods
- Items are not available in our stock
ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC will honor the originally quoted shipping cost for all items that ship separately.

Damage Claims/Lost Packages:

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the package and its contents for damage upon delivery.
If a delivered package contains damaged contents, you must contact the delivery company to file a damage claim form.
The customer must notify ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC within 10 busines days of discovery of damage to products:

Customs Duties & Taxes:

Not included in the cost of international shipping fees are import duties/taxes or other fees where applicable; those duties, taxes or other fees are assessed by the carrier and/or respective Customs service and are the responsibility of the receiver at the time of delivery.. Any duties and taxes charged back to ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC will be billed in full to the Customer's credit card.

Return Policy

Only orders shipped within the United States of America are elegible for the return policies outlined below. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests from International orders.
ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC must be notified within 7 business days from receipt of parcel for the return or exchange of an item. All return requests should be sent to
ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC must receive returned items within 10 business days of the original return request approval date.
All returned items must include all original packaging and in unused and resaleable condition. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and no return shipping credit will be issued by ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC
Parcels returned with cash on delivery (C.O.D.) service will be refused by ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC and will result in a non-returnable order.
Products returned for refund or exchange may be subject to inspection and a 20% restocking fee.
Purchases 30 calendar days or longer from the date of order receipt are non-returnable regardless of the circumstance.
Unfortunately, ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC cannot accept a return on any lighting, fuel injection, or ignition components. This includes, and is not limited to, all light bulbs, headlamp fixtures, turn signal fixtures, fuel injectors, spark plugs, and spark plug wires.
RICA PPC Tuning System is NOT RETURNABLE, NONREFUNDABLE.
Under no circumstances can special order products be returned for refund or exchange.
ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC reserves the right to approve or deny a return request regardless of the return reason.

Limited Warranty:

All new parts are guaranteed to be first quality products. ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC honors the manufacturers warranties for products purchased only by the original purchaser. There is no warranty if parts have become defective due to faulty installation or if they have been abused in any way. Parts must be installed by a certified technician. Do it Yourself installations are not recommended. All warranties and or guarantees are voided if products have not been installed properly by a qualified licensed auto mechanic experienced in the installation of the product(s). There is no warranty, expressed or implied for any parts (including new parts) or work used for competition, or track driving school events. There is no warranty on electrical parts. We reserve the right to withhold refund until the defective part has been examined and tested. ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC is not responsible for shipping costs on items returned under this limited warranty. ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC is not responsible for labor charges due to incorrect installation or faulty or defective parts. Please inspect items carefully before installation!

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity:

Customer assumes all liability and risk arising from the ordering, purchase, use or installation of new and used parts that are purchased from or installed by ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC. ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC shall not be liable for any damages to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of any parts that it sells or installs including, but not limited to, high performance products, engine chips, springs, sway bars, exhausts or turbochargers. Customer agrees to indemnify ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC and it's owners from any and all claims (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of the product(s) it purchased from ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC. ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC is not responsible for any damages or claims arising out of a delay in the processing or shipment of any order. By purchasing products from ViVA PERFORMANCE, LLC, Customer is acknowledging that it agrees to accept this Limitation of Liability and the above Terms and Conditions.
