Upgrade your F-250/350 Super Duty with the Borla 140798BC S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust for deeper sound, better performance, and a Million-Mile Warranty.

This dual 2.75" into single 3.5" Cat-Back™ system was engineered for F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with performance, sound, style, and durability in mind. CNC-formed, mandrel-bent pipes maximize flow for increased horsepower and torque while ensuring a precise, bolt-on fit. The S-Type muffler delivers the signature aggressive tone of the 6.2L engine without interior drone.

Includes a 5" round black chrome tip made from T-304 stainless steel. Use of BORLA® Stainless Steel Polish 21461 is not recommended with black chrome tips; instead, clean with hot water and a microfiber cloth. A version with a bright chrome T-304 stainless steel tip is also available.

This system can be adapted to multiple Ford wheelbase configurations. Part #140798 includes the front extension pipe for the Crew Cab Short Bed (6' 9") / 160" WB. Remove the front extension pipe for Regular Cab Long Bed (8') / 142" WB. Add #60691 for Extended (Super Cab) Short Bed (6' 9") / 148" WB, #60692 for Extended (Super Cab) Long Bed (8') / 164" WB, or #60693 for Crew Cab Long Bed (8') / 176" WB. Does not fit dual rear wheel models.
