BORLA® proudly presents Cat-Back™ systems for the Ford Explorer XLT and Limited. These 2.25" diameter systems are specifically engineered for the 2.3L EcoBoost engine, combining enhanced performance with a sporty sound.
The S-Type system delivers a balanced, aggressive tone with no drone inside the cabin. Each muffler assembly features a single 4" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tip. Using BORLA® Stainless Steel Polish 21461 is not recommended for black chrome tips; clean with hot water and a microfiber cloth. A version with bright chrome tips is also available.
Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure optimal exhaust flow and power, while precision CNC manufacturing guarantees an accurate fit. Constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel, this system bolts directly to the factory setup for straightforward installation.
