Upgrade your Chevy Corvette 6.2L V8 AT with the Borla 140840 S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust for deeper sound, better performance, and a Million-Mile Warranty.
Developing systems for the C8 Corvette presented unique challenges, but BORLA engineers delivered. This 3" inlet Cat-Back system includes AFM ('20-'21) / DFM ('22-'25) valves but does NOT include NPP dual mode exhaust valves. The S-Type sound level delivers a powerful yet balanced tone with no drone. It features Polyphonic Harmonizer and SwitchFire Technology, blending multiple exhaust notes into a clean, full-bodied sound and improving performance by optimizing combustion pulse flow.
Strategically placed heat shielding protects your Corvette from exhaust heat damage. The system comes with quad (2 per side) 4" round bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips. Systems are also available with black chrome or carbon fiber tips. Constructed from T-304 stainless steel and backed by BORLA's Million-Mile Warranty, the system ships in 2 boxes.
Note: After installation, AFM/DFM valve controllers must be re-calibrated per GM Document ID 5406413. BORLA recommends visiting a Chevrolet dealer for this service.
