This BORLA system includes a valve simulator to prevent the Check Engine Light from coming on. The 3.5" into dual 2.75" system features the classic S-Type sound level with no drone inside the vehicle. Replace the small muffler behind the primary muffler in this BORLA S-Type system with Polyphonic Harmonizer 60680 to attain the ATAK sound level (louder than S-Type). An optional True Dual Cat-Back system is also available.
This system features 3.5" black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips. Installation requires removal of the factory valance tips. Using BORLA Stainless Steel Polish 21461 is not recommended with these black chrome tips; clean them with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Systems with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, carbon fiber tips, and systems that reuse the original equipment tips are also available.
