Upgrade your Chevrolet Silverado 1500 6.2L V8 with the Borla 140995 S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust for deeper sound, better performance, and a Million-Mile Warranty.
This BORLA system includes a valve simulator to prevent the Check Engine Light from coming on. An optional True Dual Cat-Back system is also available. The 3.5" into dual 2.75" system features BORLA's classic S-Type sound and Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology, which utilizes patented units containing pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize into a clean, rich, full-bodied sound with no drone inside the vehicle.
Replace the muffler behind the primary muffler in this S-Type system with Polyphonic Harmonizer 60680 to achieve the ATAK sound level (louder than S-Type). This system features dual 3.5" x 3.28" bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips on each tailpipe. Installation requires removal of the factory valance tips. Systems with black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, carbon fiber tips, and systems that reuse the original equipment tips are also available.
