do88 proudly presents the Open Intake System for Audi RS3 and TT RS, engineered for high power outputs!
This kit was designed with three main targets: maximum output, removal of all airflow bottlenecks, and a fully enclosed system that can optionally operate as an open intake for extra airflow. This provides a 5–10% advantage over the enclosed system, depending on the setup – perfect for enthusiasts seeking peak performance.
Crafted from vacuum-infused prepreg carbon fiber (2x2 twill) and paired with a massive 152mm BMC air filter, the kit ensures the engine always has sufficient airflow. The pipe tapers from 6" at the filter down to no less than 4.5" at its narrowest section, guaranteeing smooth airflow to the turbo. A glossy, UV- and heat-resistant clear coat protects the carbon for lasting appearance.
The system is versatile and compatible with the 4.5" turbo inlet hose (with three different CNC adapters) and the OE cast inlet pipe, removing bottlenecks prior to the turbo and reducing surge with higher outputs. Flow bench testing shows a 19% airflow increase with the pipe alone, and up to 76% when combined with the do88 turbo inlet hose.
