This comprehensive package includes both the do88 performance intercooler and charge pipe kit, delivering unmatched performance and reliability. If you have high horsepower goals and demand the absolute best, this kit is tailored for you.
By upgrading to the performance intercooler alone, you'll see a major improvement. Combined with the charge pipe kit, the gains are even more substantial. Our charge pipes provide significantly better airflow and durability compared to OEM.
The do88 intercooler in this BigPack features a massive 97mm thick core manufactured by Garrett, rated up to 1000hp. Aerospace-grade core design ensures maximum airflow and minimal intake temperatures. Custom-designed end tanks evenly distribute airflow across the core. 80mm machined hose connections far exceed the OEM 70mm hoses, eliminating airflow bottlenecks.
The included do88 charge pipe kit complements the intercooler perfectly. Hot-side pipe (Turbo → Intercooler) is 70mm (2 ¾") aluminum without the restrictive OEM flat design. Cold-side pipe (Intercooler → Throttle body) is cast aluminum with 86mm connection matching the 80mm intercooler outlet. Two CNC 1/8 NPT connections allow methanol injection or sensor installation.
All hoses are reinforced with 4 layers, capable of handling high boost and temperature. Stepped internal design ensures smooth transitions and reduces turbulence. Hoses come with strong clamps for leak-free installation.
