This kit is offered at a package price and includes our charge air coolers, our high-flow Y-pipe, as well as all necessary hoses, accessories, and mounting details.
Our intercooler kit and Y-pipe are excellent products on their own, but when assembled together, they form a powerful unit that delivers lower inlet temperatures and increased flow while reducing back pressure across the system - resulting in a significant power increase!

About our intercoolers:
The flow-optimized cast tanks distribute air evenly over the entire core. Carbon fiber upper air guides maximize core thickness and fit precisely against the car body. Intercooler connections are full 70mm (2 3/4”) to maximize flow and eliminate bottlenecks. All four hoses are new, CFD-tested for optimal flow, and turbo outlet hoses withstand 240°C constant temperature.
About our Y-pipe:
The do88 Y-pipe is CAD-designed with extensive flow calculations and 3D printing. Mandrel bent lightweight aluminum pipes are welded to a 3D free-form cast collector, providing improved flow and low weight. The pipe is finished with elegant powder coating.
Performance:
The do88 intercoolers lower intake temperature significantly compared to OEM 996 intercoolers. Data collected using an AIM race logger during three consecutive runs at full throttle (50-250 km/h) with a stage 1 tuned Porsche 996 shows a peak difference of 41°C. Cooling and airflow are critical, and development has refined end tanks and cell packages to maximize heat transfer and flow. Superflow SF-1020 Probench verified airflow for both OEM and do88 intercoolers as a complete system.
